Chapati is a type of flatbread originating from India. Chapati dough is shaped by hand and placed onto a round, wooden board using a rolling pin. The dough is then cooked over an open flame.

Non-traditionally, chapati boards make great cheese boards, interesting decorative items for a table or shelf, risers for houseplants, or to display cakes or other baked goods— the possibilities are endless!

These boards are antique, therefore have some wear, making them beautifully one-of-a-kind. Size, color, and shape will vary. They may have small marks and scratches, which are consistent with their age and original use.
